No accounts for visitors

You can browse the map and post reports without signing up. Adding your name to a report is optional, so leave it blank if you'd rather stay anonymous.

What we store

• What you submit: the report title, description, encounter type, the location, and (if you add them) your name and the date it happened.
• Private tips, including a phone number if you choose to leave one, which only moderators can see.
• A hashed (one-way) version of your IP address. We use it to slow down spam and stop duplicate flags, and we never store your raw IP.

Location

“Near me” only reads your device location when you tap it, and it stays in your browser to sort the nearby list. We don't receive it or save it.

Moderation & abuse prevention

We review reports before they go public, and use a captcha and rate limits to keep spam down. If something's wrong, flag it or reach us through a private tip.

Third parties

Map tiles, geocoding and place lookups come from OpenStreetMap-based providers and CartoDB. The database and login are on Supabase, and the captcha is Cloudflare Turnstile.
